How do I setup subscription?
- Select your roast(s) from Our Coffees and click Subscribe.
- Choose the frequency of delivery.
- Checkout and confirm your order.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account through the Login link at the top of each page.
If you have not registered an account, you will need to create an account using the same email address used at checkout.
Once your account is registered, you can log in and access your account by clicking on the Manage Subscriptions link.
You can also access your account using a direct link to the customer portal. This link is sent in the Subscription Confirmation email when you begin a subscription and the Upcoming Order email.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
To make changes to your subscription, access your account through the Login link at the top of each page and select Manage Subscriptions.
What changes can I make to my subscription?
You can easily make the following changes by logging in to your account:
- Shipping address
- Items in subscription
- Quantity of items in the subscription
- Delivery frequency
- Billing address
- Add payment method
- Cancel your subscription
*Please note that any change you make to your subscription will affect all future shipments.
How do I add a new item to my subscription?
To add a new item to your subscription, access your account through the Login link at the top of each page and select Manage Subscriptions Then select edit for the subscription you would like to add to and select Add Product.
You may choose to add an item one time, or as a recurring item.
How do I skip my subscription?
To skip your upcoming subscription, access your account through the Login link at the top of each page and select Manage Subscriptions. Then select the subscription you would like to skip and select Skip Shipment on the left hand side of the screen.
How do I swap an item?
To swap an item in your subscription, access your account through the Login link at the top of each page and select Manage Subscriptions. Then select the subscription package you would like to swap and select Swap Product. Continue by choosing which product you would like to swap in, choose Select and Swap Product to confirm.
How do I update my credit card information?
To adjust credit card billing address or to add a payment method simply Login to your account, select Manage Subscriptions, Payment Methods.
You will be unable to edit the credit card number or expiration date once a payment method has been created. This is because, for security purposes, ReCharge does not store this information. To make these types of changes, a new payment method will need to be created.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, access your account through the Login link and select Manage Subscription, then select Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the active subscription page.
How will I receive my 10% discount
The 10% discount will automatically be applied to the subtotal amount of your subscription order.
Will I receive a 10% discount on my standard order?
The 10% discount is an exclusive offer only for Muskoka Roastery coffee subscribers. You can start a subscription, or add items to your subscription, at any time to take advantage of the many subscriber benefits.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping will automatically be applied if the cost of your subscription totals over $60 for Canadian shipping addresses or over $60 for American addresses.
