How do I start and manage my subscription?
Getting started is easy.
- Choose your favourite coffee.
- Select Subscribe & Save.
- Pick your delivery frequency.
- Complete checkout.
To manage your subscription at any time, log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions.
If you checked out without creating an account, simply register using the same email address you used for your subscription. You'll also find a direct link to your subscription portal in your Subscription Confirmation and Upcoming Order emails.
What changes can I make to my subscription?
You're always in control of your subscription. Through the subscription portal, you can:
- Change your delivery frequency
- Add, remove, or swap coffees
- Adjust quantities
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Update your shipping or billing address
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
Any changes you make will apply to future scheduled orders.
How do payments, discounts, and free shipping work?
Subscribers automatically save 15% on every recurring subscription order—no promo code required.
Subscription orders over $74 CAD (before taxes, after discounts) automatically qualify for free shipping to Canadian addresses.
Please note that subscriber pricing only applies to recurring subscription orders and does not apply to one-time purchases.
How do I update my payment method?
Log into Manage Subscriptions and select Payment Methods.
For security reasons, saved credit card numbers and expiry dates can't be edited. If your card has changed, simply add a new payment method and make it your default.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. There are no commitments or cancellation fees.
Simply log into Manage Subscriptions, select the subscription you'd like to cancel, scroll to the bottom, and choose Remove Item.
