Some of our proudest achievements have come from asking, "Why hasn't anyone done this yet?" We've spent decades pushing coffee forward—from becoming the first roaster in North America to source 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified beans, to launching Canada's first 100% compostable pods and pioneering recyclable coffee packaging.
The best part? It all happens under one roof, right here in our roastery.

We're proud to be a Certified B Corporation, donate 1% of sales through our 1% to Sustain program, power our roastery with green energy through Bullfrog Power, and continue investing in zero-waste packaging and better practices.

Our Founder's roots in Muskoka go back to 1863. The lakes, forests, wildlife, and communities that surround us don't just inspire our coffee—they shape who we are.
