Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum wholesale order?
Our minimum wholesale order is $350. This is typically equivalent to approximately four cases of coffee or pods. We take care of the shipping or delivery, so there are no additional freight charges on qualifying wholesale orders.
How can I pay for my wholesale order?
We accept major credit cards. We also offer E-Transfer and EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for approved wholesale accounts.
How quickly will my order ship?
Most wholesale orders ship within 24–48 business hours from our roastery. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.
What are your case quantities?
Wholesale products are sold by the case and cases cannot be mixed.
