Who are Earth Rangers?

Earth Rangers is a Canadian charity that connects kids to the natural world in a way that’s fun, engaging, and empowering. From hands-on conservation challenges to live animal assemblies, they make protecting the planet feel exciting and achievable for young Canadians. With over 400,000 members nationwide, they’re raising a generation ready to care for the environment in a lasting way.


What They Do

•  In-School Assemblies – The Earth Rangers School Assembly visits over 850 Canadian elementary schools each year, educating and inspiring students to protect biodiversity.

•  Membership – A free program where kids can become official Earth Rangers, and participate in missions and challenges that show them how they can affect change in their own community.

•  Project 2050 – A Canada-wide climate action movement where kids take on eco-friendly challenges—like planting trees, reducing textile waste, or choosing active transportation—to help Canada reach net-zero emissions by 2050.

•  Bring Back the Wild! – A fundraising program that empowers kids to protect endangered species and their habitats, from polar bears in Canada’s North to bumblebees in the Prairies.
