Peach Chill Spritz

There’s something about a Canadian summer evening that makes you want to slow things down a little. Windows open. Music on low. The sun hanging around just a bit longer while you figure out whether the night’s winding down — or just getting started.

The Peach Chill Spritz was made for exactly that kind of evening.

Smooth, peachy, lightly sparkling, and just boozy enough to feel like a proper summer treat, this cocktail brings together REAL Chill coffee, peach nectar, and bourbon or dark rum for a drink that somehow tastes both refreshing and cozy at the same time.

It’s easygoing, a little unexpected, and best enjoyed ice cold.

Ingredients

- ¾ cup REAL Chill, chilled
- 1 oz bourbon or dark rum
- 2 oz peach juice or peach nectar
- Splash of soda water
- Ice

Optional garnish:
- Orange peel
- Fresh peach slice

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Add the bourbon and peach juice.
  3. Pour in the chilled REAL Chill.
  4. Top with a splash of soda water and stir gently.
  5. Garnish if you’re feeling a little fancy.

The result is smooth and lightly fizzy with warm coffee notes, juicy peach flavour, and just enough sweetness to remind you life’s pretty sweet in the summertime.
