Maple Cream Chill

There’s a reason maple syrup and coffee were always meant to find each other. The rich sweetness of maple paired with cold coffee feels like summer in Canada — familiar, comforting, and easy to come back to again and again.

The Maple Cream Chill is one of those simple recipes that instantly sets the tone for a slower afternoon. Made with our REAL Chill cold brew coffee, pure Ontario maple syrup, and a splash of cream (or oat milk), this drink keeps things uncomplicated while delivering something truly delicious. A tiny pinch of sea salt helps bring out the maple and coffee notes even more — a small detail that makes a big difference.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup REAL Chill (brewed strong & chilled)
  • 1–2 tsp pure Ontario maple syrup
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Splash of cream or oat milk
  • Ice
  • Optional: whipped cream
  • Optional: maple drizzle

How to Make It

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add maple syrup and a tiny pinch of sea salt.
  3. Pour over REAL Chill and stir gently.
  4. Add a splash of cream or oat milk.
  5. Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Why Maple Works So Well in Coffee

Pure maple syrup adds a more rounded sweetness than refined sugar, with subtle caramel-like notes that naturally complement coffee. It enhances flavour without overpowering it, especially in cold coffee drinks where balance matters.

Paired with REAL Chill, the result is refreshing, creamy, and unmistakably Canadian.
