Une journée. Un impact doublé.
Joignez-vous à nous pour protéger les espaces sauvages qui définissent le Canada.
Some traditions are worth continuing.
This National Parks Day, we're proud to partner with the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) for the third year to help protect the parks, forests, lakes, and wild places that inspire us every day.
On July 18, we'll match every donation made to CPAWS, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000. Together, we can help protect the natural spaces that make Canada extraordinary—for today and for generations to come.
Why it matters
Canada's parks are more than beautiful places to explore. They provide clean air and water, support wildlife, store carbon, and offer all of us the chance to connect with nature.
But protected doesn't always mean protected forever.
Across the country, parks and protected areas are facing growing pressure from development. In Ontario, protections have been removed from parts of Wasaga Beach Provincial Park, putting sensitive habitat and endangered species at risk. In Alberta, proposed legislation could make it easier for protected lands to be opened to resort development.
At the same time, Canada has committed to protecting 30% of its lands and waters by 2030—an ambitious goal that will require continued conservation efforts, strong public support, and organizations working to safeguard the places we love.
Why CPAWS
For more than 60 years, CPAWS has been one of Canada's leading voices for conservation. Working alongside Indigenous partners, local communities, governments, and supporters across the country, they help establish new protected areas, strengthen conservation policies, and defend the parks and public lands we already have.
Their work has helped protect some of Canada's most remarkable landscapes, including Thaidene Nëné National Park Reserve in the Northwest Territories and Tallurutiup Imanga National Marine Conservation Area in Nunavut—two globally significant protected areas that safeguard wildlife, support Indigenous stewardship, and preserve vast stretches of Canada's wilderness.
Today, CPAWS continues to champion Canada's path toward protecting 30% of our lands and waters by 2030, helping ensure future generations can experience the same wild places that inspire us today.
More Than Coffee
At Muskoka Roastery, our connection to nature goes far beyond what's in the bag. It's reflected in the choices we make every day—from responsibly sourced coffee and Zero Waste packaging to our 1% to Sustain program, which supports organizations creating lasting environmental change.
Supporting CPAWS is a natural extension of that commitment.
Every park that exists in Canada today is here because people chose to protect it. This National Parks Day, you can help continue that legacy.
Every donation made to CPAWS on July 18 will be matched by Muskoka Roastery, dollar for dollar, up to $5,000.
Together, we can help protect the wild places that define Canada.
