Made with our Pistachio Cream coffee, fluffy vanilla cold foam, and crushed pistachios on top, it’s the kind of iced coffee that turns an ordinary afternoon into a great one.
Ingredients
Coffee
- 1 cup chilled or cold brewed Muskoka Roastery Pistachio Cream coffee
- Ice
Vanilla Cream Cold Foam
- 1/4 cup milk or oat milk
- 2 tbsp cream (or oat cream)
- 1 tsp vanilla syrup
- Tiny pinch of salt
Garnish
- Crushed pistachios
Instructions
- Brew your Pistachio Cream coffee slightly stronger than usual and chill completely.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour coffee over top.
- In a separate glass or frother cup, combine milk, cream, vanilla syrup, and salt.
- Froth until thick and creamy.
- Slowly pour the cold foam over the iced coffee.
- Finish with crushed pistachios on top.
*Optional Updgrade: If you want an even richer pistachio flavour, add a teaspoon of pistachio cream spread directly into the cold foam before frothing. It gives the drink a slightly dessert-like finish in the best possible way.
