Muskoka Maple Overnight Oats

Because you can have your Maple Coffee and eat it too. 🍁

Maple and coffee are a naturally delicious pair — smooth, lightly sweet, and unmistakably Canadian. These Maple Coffee Overnight Oats combine both for a simple breakfast you can prep tonight and enjoy tomorrow.

Makes 1 Serving.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup cooled brewed Muskoka Maple coffee

  • ¼ cup plain or vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • A splash of real maple syrup (optional)

  • A handful of toasted pecans (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your Muskoka Maple coffee and let it cool completely.

  2. In a jar or bowl, combine oats, cooled coffee, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Stir until well mixed.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  4. In the morning, stir again and top with toasted pecans and an extra drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

Simple, cozy, and lightly sweet — a breakfast as proudly Canadian as we are.
