Our Campfire S’mores Affogato combines the nostalgic flavours of a classic campfire s’more with rich, freshly brewed coffee. Hot Muskoka Roastery S’mores Coffee melts into creamy vanilla ice cream, then gets topped with graham cracker crumble, chocolate drizzle, and toasted marshmallows.
The result is warm, cold, melty, and completely irresistible — perfect for summer evenings at the cottage or cozy nights at home.
Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

½ cup hot Muskoka Roastery S’mores Coffee, freshly brewed

1 graham cracker, crushed

Chocolate syrup

Mini marshmallows
Instructions

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a mug or small dessert bowl.

Pour ½ cup hot S’mores Coffee over the ice cream.

Top with crushed graham crackers and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

Toast the mini marshmallows with a kitchen torch (or briefly under the broiler) and add them on top.
