How do I setup subscription?
- Select your roast(s) from Our Coffees and click Subscribe.
- Choose the frequency of delivery.
- Checkout and confirm your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription?
To make changes to your subscription, access your account through the Login link at the top of each page and select Manage Subscriptions.
What changes can I make to my subscription?
You can easily make the following changes by logging in to your account:
- Shipping address
- Items in subscription
- Quantity of items in the subscription
- Delivery frequency
- Payment Details
- Cancel your subscription
*Please note that any change you make to your subscription will affect all future shipments.
How do I add a new item to my subscription?
To add a new item to your subscription, access your account through the Login link at the top of each page and select Manage Subscriptions Then select the subscription package you would like to add to and select Add Product .
How do I update my credit card information?
To adjust credit card information (including billing address) simply Login to your account, selectManage Subscriptions,Billing Information and make any necessary changes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, access your account through the Login link and select Manage Subscription, then remove any and/or all items from the desired subscription package.
How will I receive my 10% discount
The 10% discount will automatically be applied to the subtotal amount of your subscription order.
Will I receive a 10% discount on my standard order?
The 10% discount is an exclusive offer only for Muskoka Roastery coffee subscribers. You can start a subscription, or add items to your subscription, at any time to take advantage of the many subscriber benefits.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping will automatically be applied if the cost of your subscription totals over $40 for Canadian shipping addresses or over $50 for American addresses.
