Prefer Blondes?
Here at the roastery, we found the recent commotion around 'Blonde' coffee quite entertaining. The fact that a sizable percentage of the coffee drinking public prefer a lighter style roast is not new news. That is why we have been offering a great product like Northern Lights for 11 years. In fact, it is our roastmaster's favourite coffee.
